Azidobutanamide-tri- (carboxyethoxymethyl) -methane is a water-soluble PEG linker featuring an azido group and three terminal carboxylic acids. The azido group can react with alkynes, BCN, or DBCO through Click Chemistry to form stable triazole bonds. Terminal carboxylic acids can react with primary amines in the presence of activators (such as EDC or HATU) to form stable amide bonds.
