N-TETAMINE-pSar45

N-TETAMINE-pSar45 is a poly (sarcosine) (pSar) derivative characterized by an N-tetramine head group and a 45-mer poly (sarcosine) tail. Sarcosine, an amino acid derivative, is being explored as a biodegradable and highly reduced antigenicity alternative to PEG for in vivo applications. Such pSar-lipid derivatives are applicable in the development of lipid nanoparticles.
