Highly purified peroxidase isolated from horseradish. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Form
Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) No preservative added. IgG concentration in the antiserum is 10 mg/ml. No foreign proteins added.
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
