PIST, Human (His)

PIST (PDZ domain-containing protein that interacts with Stx6) is critical in intracellular protein trafficking and degradation. It modulates CFTR chloride currents and acid-induced ASIC3 currents, thereby potentially regulating their cell surface expression.
