BChE-IN-39
BChE-IN-39 (Compound 7c) is a potent and selective butyrylcholinesterase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.08 μM) with a 50-fold selectivity over AChE. It also modulates tau pathology by downregulating GSK-3β expression, making it a useful research tool for studying Alzheimer's disease mechanisms in cellular models.
