4-MDM
4-MDM is a selective enhancer of the aminopeptidase activity of leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4H), promoting the degradation of the neutrophil chemoattractant PGP. This orally active small molecule reduces pulmonary neutrophil recruitment in vivo, making it a useful research tool for studying inflammation in models of lung disease.
