NLRP3-IN-60 (Compound 39) is a potent, orally active NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. It blocks pyroptosis in THP-1 cells (IC50 = 13 nM) and inhibits IL-1β secretion in human whole blood (IC50 = 225 nM), supporting its use in researching inflammatory diseases in both cellular and systemic models.
