M351-0056 is a VISTA agonist that enhances T cell proliferation while reducing cytokine secretion, demonstrating immunomodulatory activity. It has been shown to ameliorate Imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like dermatitis in mouse models, supporting its use in researching autoimmune and inflammatory diseases both in vitro and in vivo.
