MEL23
MEL23 is a small molecule inhibitor of the MDM2-MDMX E3 ligase complex, blocking ubiquitination of p53 and MDM2 to stabilize both proteins. This p53-dependent stabilization reduces cell viability, making it a useful research tool for studying p53 pathway regulation in cancer models both in vitro and in vivo.
