EGFR-IN-142 (compound 9a) is a potent small molecule EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.08 μM. It demonstrates selective antiproliferative activity in vitro, showing greater potency against MCF-7 breast cancer cells (IC50 = 3.31 μM) than against non-cancerous WI-38 fibroblasts (IC50 = 43.99 μM) . This compound is a useful research tool for studying EGFR-driven cancers in cellular models.
