NPC26
NPC26 is a small molecule anticancer agent that disrupts mitochondrial function in colorectal cancer cells, inducing mPTP opening, ROS generation, and AMPK pathway activation to trigger cell death. Its antiproliferative effects have been demonstrated in vitro using HCT-116, DLD-1, and HT-29 cell lines.
