PFM046 is a potent dual LXRα/β antagonist (IC50: 2.04 μM and 1.58 μM, respectively) . It modulates lipid metabolism genes by downregulating SCD1 and FASN while upregulating ABCA1, and has shown antitumor efficacy in mouse models, supporting its use in oncology and metabolic disease research.
