Purinostat
Purinostat mesylate is a selective HDACI/IIb inhibitor that suppresses Ph+ and CML-derived CD34+ leukemic cell survival by targeting key LSC factors like c-Myc and β-Catenin. It has demonstrated anti-leukemic activity in both in vitro and in vivo research models, impacting pathways such as glutamate metabolism via GLS1.
