Antitumor agent-192
Antitumor agent-192 (Compound 2f) is a β-carboline derivative that induces autophagy in HCT116 cells via the ATG5/ATG7 pathway. With an IC50 below 5 μM in vitro, it also demonstrates significant antitumor efficacy by inhibiting growth and reducing tumor weight in colorectal cancer xenograft mouse models.
