PROTAC BTK Degrader-12 (EXAMPLE 19) is a heterobifunctional degrader that recruits the VHL E3 ligase (in blue) to BTK (in pink) via a linker (in black), inducing its proteasomal degradation. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study BTK-dependent signaling and its therapeutic targeting in oncology and immunology research.
