PROTAC LZK-IN-1
PROTAC LZK-IN-1 (Compound 21A) is a degrader of leucine zipper kinase (LZK/MAP3K13) . At 10 μM, it reduces LZK levels, downregulates p53 and c-Myc expression, and decreases viability in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) cell lines, supporting its use in oncology research for in vitro mechanistic studies.
