Etripamil hydrochloride
Etripamil hydrochloride (MSP-2017) is a rapid-acting L-type calcium channel blocker investigated for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) . It functions by reducing calcium influx to slow AV nodal conduction, and its research applications include in vitro electrophysiology studies and in vivo models of cardiac arrhythmia.
