HDAC6degrader-5 (Compound 6) is a potent and selective HDAC6 degrader (IC50=4.95 nM, DC50=0.96 nM) . It demonstrates cytoprotective and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines and preventing hepatocyte apoptosis, and has shown efficacy in an in vivo model of drug-induced liver injury.
