LD4172 is a potent VHL-based PROTAC that induces RIPK1 degradation with nanomolar DC50. It promotes TNF-α-induced apoptosis in B16F10 cells in vitro and exhibits antitumor efficacy in mouse models, supporting its use in studying necroptosis and oncology research.
