SEH inhibitor-19 ((R) -14i) is a potent, orally bioavailable soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitor (IC50 = 1.2 nM) . It demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity by reducing TNF-α and IL-6 expression, validated in models of acute pancreatitis and Carrageenan-induced paw edema.
