Autophagyinducer 6 is a dual COX-1/COX-2 inhibitor that reduces reactive oxygen and nitrogen species, promoting autophagosome formation and autophagy. It exhibits anti-proliferative effects by inducing mild apoptosis and suppressing growth in colorectal cancer cell lines like MC38, HCT116, and HCT29 in vitro.
