CDK4/6-IN-23

CDK4/6-IN-23 (Compound 42) is a potent, selective CDK4/6 inhibitor with an IC50 of 11 nM against CDK6. It exhibits immunomodulatory activity by activating immune cells and increasing IL-3 production. In vivo studies in 5-FU-treated mice show it provides bone marrow protection alongside its immunoenhancing effects.
