IHAC
IHAC is a covalent BRD4-HSP90 targeting chimera based on the (+) -JQ-1 ligand. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in cancer cells and has shown efficacy in vivo, suppressing recurrence and metastasis in a 4T1 breast cancer mouse model while eliciting an anti-tumor immune response.
