Mitochondria modulator-2
Mitochondria modulator-2 (Ir1) disrupts mitochondrial function by inducing membrane depolarization and ROS generation. This leads to G2/M cell cycle arrest, inhibition of cell migration, and apoptosis in A549 cells, making it a useful research tool for studying cancer cell biology and mitochondrial-targeted therapies in vitro.
