MASP-2-IN-1
MASP-2-IN-1 (Compound 77) is a potent and selective MASP-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 11.4 nM) with weaker activity against MASP-3 and hERG. It is a research tool for studying the lectin pathway of complement activation in vitro, though it shows limited plasma stability in mice (t1/2 = 4.4 h) .
