CQ627 is a molecular glue degrader that recruits E3 ligase RNF126 to ubiquitinate and degrade RIOK2 via the proteasome (DC50 = 410 nM in MOLT4 cells) . It demonstrates dose-dependent apoptosis, G2/M phase arrest, and broad antiproliferative activity in cancer cell lines, with confirmed efficacy in MOLT4 xenograft models.
