LYMTAC-2 is a lysosome-targeting chimera designed to degrade membrane proteins like KRASG12D by recruiting lysosomal LMPs. It enables the study of oncogenic signaling and resistance mechanisms in KRAS-driven cancers through in vitro and in vivo degradation assays.
