JAK-IN-40
JAK-IN-40 (Compound 46) is a pan-JAK inhibitor with low micromolar IC50 values against JAK1-3. It suppresses STAT3 phosphorylation, inhibits cancer cell proliferation, induces G2/M arrest and apoptosis, and shows synergistic anti-tumor activity with Osimertinib in vitro. This compound is a useful tool for researching JAK/STAT signaling in oncology.
