CCR6 antagonist 2

Compound 20c is a potent and selective CCR6 antagonist with a binding affinity (Ki) of 1.1 nM. It effectively blocks CCL20-induced calcium mobilization (IC50 = 4.9 nM) and inhibits the chemotaxis of CCR6-expressing T cells (IC50 = 190 nM) . This tool compound is useful for studying CCR6-mediated immune responses in autoimmune and inflammatory disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
