YTHDF2-IN-1 (CK-75) is a micromolar-range inhibitor of the m6A reader YTHDF2 (Kd=26.2 μM) . It demonstrates anticancer activity in vitro by suppressing proliferation, inducing apoptosis, and causing G0/G1 cell cycle arrest in various cell lines, including K562 and JAR cells.
