IDOi-Pt (IV) prodrug-1 (Compound 10) is a dual-action small molecule that combines IDO expression suppression with platinum-based cytotoxicity, inducing immunogenic cell death (ICD) via ER stress and DAMPs release. It demonstrates potent antitumor activity with reduced toxicity compared to cisplatin in preclinical in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
