PBA-1105 TFA is an AUTOTAC molecule that selectively targets misfolded proteins by binding their hydrophobic regions, inducing p62 self-oligomerization to drive their autophagic degradation. It enhances clearance of Ub-bound aggregates and is a valuable research tool for studying autophagy mechanisms in cellular and in vivo models of protein aggregation diseases.
