Activable cell-penetrating peptide (ACCP) consists of a polycationic CPP (typically arg9 or r9) connected via a cleavable linker to a matching polyanion (typically glu9 or e9), which reduces the net charge to nearly zero and thereby inhibits adhesion and uptake into cells[1].
