Casein kinase1δ-IN-28 (Compound 4) is a potent and selective CK1ε inhibitor with an IC50 of 14.6 nM. It exhibits moderate metabolic stability in human liver microsomes (52% remaining) . This inhibitor is a valuable chemical probe for studying CK1ε-related signaling pathways in circadian rhythm and cancer research contexts, both in vitro and in vivo.
