EMT inhibitor-3 (compound 11i) is a small molecule that potently inhibits proliferation, migration, and invasion in SK-N-SH neuroblastoma cells (IC50 = 2.5 μM) . It triggers intrinsic apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway, modulating Bax/Bcl-2, cytochrome c release, and caspase-9/3 activation, making it a useful tool for studying cancer biology and EMT in vitro.
