Enpp-1-IN-25 (Compound 30) is a potent ENPP1 inhibitor (IC50 = 8.05 nM) that activates the STING pathway by blocking cGAMP hydrolysis. It is used in cancer immunotherapy research to study how enhancing tumor immune cell infiltration and interferon response can improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors like anti-PD-L1.
