Mtb-IN-9

Mtb-IN-9 (M1) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Mtb enzymes FadD32 and FadD28. It demonstrates anti-tubercular activity by reducing mycobacterial survival in macrophages and decreasing bacterial burden and granuloma pathology in murine chronic infection models, supporting its use in TB drug discovery research.
