Anticanceragent 267 (Compound 5q) is a small molecule activator of RIPK3/MLKL that induces necroptosis and subG1 cell cycle arrest in vitro, inhibiting breast cancer cell proliferation. It has also demonstrated in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models, supporting its use in cancer and cell death research.
