Tubulin polymerization-IN-73 is a microtubule polymerization inhibitor (IC50 = 1.8 μM) that induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis in A549 cells. It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity against both wild-type and resistant A549 cell lines and has shown antitumor efficacy in mouse models, supporting its use in cancer research.
