Boc-NH-Tri- (carbonylethoxymethyl) -methane

Boc-NH-Tri- (carbonylethoxymethyl) -methane is a branched PEG linker featuring a Boc-protected amino group and three terminal carboxylic acid groups. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to yield a free amine. The terminal carboxylic acid groups are capable of reacting with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (such as EDC or HATU) to form stable amide bonds.
