Wnt/β-catenin activator 1

Compound 5m is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule activator of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. It inhibits adipocyte proliferation and differentiation in vitro (IC50 = 330 nM in 3T3-L1 cells) and demonstrates anti-adipogenic and anti-dyslipidemic effects in high-fat diet-fed hamster models.
