AChE-IN-83

AChE-IN-83 (f1) is a selective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) effective against the rice parasitic nematode Aphelenchoides besseyi (LC50 = 19.0 μg/mL) . It disrupts nematode cuticle integrity, induces oxidative stress and lipid accumulation, and suppresses population growth, making it a useful research tool for studying nematicidal mechanisms in plant pathology.
