GE1111 is a small molecule MRGPRX2 antagonist (IC50 = 9.42 μM) that inhibits mast cell degranulation (IC50 = 4.7 μM) . It shows antiallergic and anti-inflammatory activity in vivo, as demonstrated in the C48/80-induced systemic anaphylaxis model, making it a useful research tool for studying mast cell-mediated disorders.
