GHN105 is an orally bioavailable small molecule STING inhibitor with an IC50 of 4.4 μM in THP-1 cells. It reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines in vivo and alleviates symptoms in a DSS-induced colitis mouse model, supporting its use in researching STING-driven inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
