HDAC3-IN-6 (SC26) is a potent and selective HDAC3 inhibitor (IC50 = 53 nM) . It demonstrates antitumor activity in colorectal cancer models by upregulating PD-L1 expression, inducing apoptosis, and generating reactive oxygen species (ROS) in both cellular and in vivo studies.
