Urease-IN-20

Urease-IN-20 (XBP2) is a potent H. pylori inhibitor (IC50 = 0.14 μM) with demonstrated protective effects in vitro, reducing apoptosis, ROS, and γH2AX in infected GES-1 cells. It shows promise for research into H. pylori pathogenesis and the development of gastroprotective agents.
