PT-129 is a PROTAC degrader targeting the G3BP1/2 NTF2 domain to disrupt stress granule assembly and disassemble existing granules. This action inhibits ATF4-mediated signaling between fibroblasts and cancer cells, providing a tool for studying cancer cell stress resilience and tumor-stroma communication in vitro and in vivo.
