FTO-IN-14

FTO-IN-14 (Compound F97) is a potent FTO demethylase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.45 μM) that modulates ASB2, RARA, and MYC protein expression. It demonstrates in vitro antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic activity in AML cell lines and exhibits in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models, supporting its use in oncology and epigenetics research.
