C-lock-GGFG-Exatecan is a protease-cleavable linker-payload construct designed for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) synthesis. Upon cleavage by lysosomal enzymes in target cells, it releases the potent topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan, enabling its cytotoxic activity in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research models.
