Alginate Methacryloyl (AlgMA) (MW 300000) is a methacryloyl-modified alginate known for its potential use in tissue engineering scaffolds and 3D printing inks. This compound exhibits biocompatibility, non-immunogenicity, and low toxicity, and can physically crosslink with divalent cations such as calcium.
